Touch of Tallow restocks once a month on a Saturday. All shipping is calculated based on weight and location. Due to the volume of orders placed every restock, please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. 

At Touch of Tallow, we do not abide by a 30 day refund policy. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order after using your tallow balm you may contact us at any time. We will refund you in exchange for you mailing us your tallow balm no matter how long it has been since your purchase. Our top priority is your experience and satisfaction with Touch of Tallow and our products, not your money. Please note - tallow balm exchanges are not applicable in this particular circumstance; only refunds once the product is received back to us. 

If your tallow balm order gets lost or is shattered upon receiving it, you will be mailed a replacement tallow balm or receive an automatic refund if no tallow balms are in stock. We understand the postal system can make mistakes and are here to carry the burden of making sure our customers get what they've paid for, even if this means it comes out of our own pocket.

If your tallow balm has air pockets and you feel that your jar is not completely full, please send an email to touchoftallow@gmail.com or send a direct message on instagram to @touchoftallow. Human error happens since all of our tallow balms are made by hand and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to us. 

If a customer's Apple Pay or Shop Pay includes an incorrect address but the customer is unaware or does not catch this during or after they place their order, we will make one exception and send out your order to the correct address free of charge if your order is accidentally mailed to the wrong one. In the future, we appreciate you double checking if your correct address is in your payment service.

We understand incidents happen but genuinely value and appreciate our customers and your business. At Touch of Tallow, we believe that our customer service is equally as important, if not more important, than the products we sell. This is why we are extremely lenient with refunds and replacements within reason. We work to serve you and we thank you for your support!
